Temperature control for cooling systems with a heat exchanger

This is a common application for cooling with a heat exchanger. The previous solution with an ON/OFF solenoid valve with relay controller and temperature transmitter suffered poor accuracy and weakness in setting greater temperature differences.

The Bürkert system solution uses a proportional valve Type 6023 and its controller Type1094 with temperature transmitter. The controller is an external device. Instead of this the cable plug temperature controller Type 8625-2 could be used with the Burkert proportional valve.

This system solution guarantees accurate temperature control of the fluid and needs less mounting space due to compact system.
