Hysteresis
The maximum difference of the fluid output signal as it passes through the full electrical input signal range in the upward and downward directions; stated as a percentage of the maximum fluid output signal (the flow rate is assumed for the example in the sketch). Hysteresis is caused by friction and magnetization.
