Certification

Robolux Quality system is certified according to conform to SS-EN ISO 9001:2000. All valves are supplied with certification at delivery. Robolux has done extensive performance testing of the Robolux valve both in terms of clean ability and durability.

Data from these tests has been put together in a Validation Guide available to customers on request. Diaphragms and plastic valve bodies are certified according to FDA regulations CFR 177.2600 for contact with food and drugs. Two diaphragm materials, peroxide cured EPDM and the perfluorrubbers PFR 91 and 94, are tested according to USP 23, i.e. a systemic injection test, and an In vitro cytotoxicity test (USP 24/ISO10993-5 Elution test).

All stainless steel valve bodies are marked with a unique production number that is traceable to the production order at the workshop. This production order contains all necessary information on steel quality, traceability and the 3.1.B certificate on the material used in the specific production process according to SS-EN 10204 3.1.B.
