We globally implemented the Bürkert Process Organization, to create a culture which allows us to innovate, communicate and provide the basis for flexible and open-minded Bürkert employees.
The Bürkert process organization is a cross-functional form of organization with few interfaces and an immense drive for results. We do not define hierarchy through status but in terms of the willingness to proactively assume responsibility. We attach great importance to team spirit and self-dependent action of our employees at all levels and functions.
Transparent decisions and passing on responsibility to the corresponding teams are just as important to us as an active role model function of our executives. This applies on a worldwide basis and
distinguishes our company.
To allow for a holistic execution of tasks and projects, we count on combining our employees' competence within all processes and beyond process boundaries. This is done with the highest possible flexibility, in compliance with necessary rules of the game as well as through direct communication with each other and efficient teamwork in project teams.
